We had the pool all to ourselves. Left sub=freezing temps to travel there in December. The locals thought 60° F temps were cold. For us it was just right. lol

People are wanting to move away from corporate social media and Hive ought to benefit from that. Seems the latest one is Pixelfed as an 'Insta' replacement. It's part of the 'fediverse' and Hive should integrate with that too.
Wasn't there an app in HIVE that had Instagram like UI. I forgot what it's called. Dapple or something. I wonder if it's still around.

This would just make people use spambots generating random long posts in order to get more influence.
We all should simply care more about our governance duty.
Those spam posts would not get upvotes and could be easily filtered out.
Why wouldn't they? If you'll create a farm of spambots, you can let them upvote each other.
Keeping things simple is the best way imho. More and more rules and regulations would only open new ways how to cheat on the system.
I know, it could get tricky with the implementation. But it sucks that money is dumped in dubious projects like rally cars, racing bikes and even non-existing boreholes.
It's just sad we as a community support the Valueplan proposals. Changing the rules would hardly affect this.
That would have some surprising results, I think ... requiring that proposals be put forth not only in English but in at least Spanish and German, thereby covering Hive's top three most active language groups, would also change things because of more accessibility.
That would be very nice.

Oh wow I forgot about that one also! luckily I didn't buy in. But I did for the CARTEL token they sold $10 HBD per token, I purchased two. sighhhh so many lost hives!
There was also this token, true, I thought it had yielded something, but apparently it didn't yield anything. It's a shame, I don't know what happened but the oneup project was incredible at the beginning.
The owner in the discord said the server costs to run all the bots and delegations etc was not worth the cost no more from his own funds so decided to close it all or give up
Man, that's really sad to read... I guess if that kind of thing happens, you need a refund or something.
i think it was meant to hold some dividends from it, i did get dropped some random coins sometimes but very very rarely and of course not worth anything more than 0.01 or so 😂 a shame..

Just very unfortunate people take our space for granted and look at it as a get rich quick scheme, no actual plans to fulfill the promises.
