This came out great! What AI image generator did you use for it?
I have an image of the hive logo saved, I think it's with a transparent background, so I took that image and used ChatGPT itself, pasted the image and made a very simple prompt and with that it delivered this very nice image.

Cool, the pandemic was certainly a trigger that made many people come back to Hive, here in Brazil we were "stuck" at home for a long time and with that, there was plenty of time to get online. But I only caught the end of the pandemic when I started posting on hive.

I've seen some conflict on Hive lately, but the world doesn't care. We are fighting over a tiny pond really. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try to make it better, but we should be talking about issues and working together. We can't afford to lose good people.

What have you done today to help user retention or to bring someone new to the chain?
I wouldn't say I done something special. I just try to be active and engaging with people from different clicks of Hive.
The people you see on Threads or Snap is not the same crowd you might find writing long form post etc.
I've noticed. Hence why I've become active on snaps. It helps me find new people to support.
Hope more people follow that example. We are such a small community so we need to stick together

I've seen it like almost 7 years ago😄 it's nothing new and tasted like dirt. Have you tried Canna infused coffee? There are so many cute cafes in thailand that does it and you'd be tempted to.
My brother in law lives in Thailand, so I literally HAVE to make it out there one day. He loves it. Sends my wife and I pictures all the time. It looks gorgeous. The food amazing. And from what I told, waaaaay cheaper.

That reality doesn't negate the theory.
It definitely counters the implicit assumptions the tariff advocates hold. It really just means life gets even more expensive when many are already struggling. It creates no jobs, and raises the costs entrepreneurs need to pay to get new businesses off the ground.
I would say it simply illustrates the fact that you cannot quickly fix something that we've spent generations breaking. America's unwillingness to embrace any solution without immediate results is the main reason we never do anything reasonable.
You don't fix it with arbitrary dictates and arbitrary cost impositions. You fix it with real free trade instead of their counterfeits, you end protectionist regulations stifling competition, and you stop taxing everything. Trump and Congress have done none of these.
You can't have real free trade unless everyone globally agrees to abide by it, which is why protectionist regulations exist.
You can't have free trade and a tariff war. The latter cannot lead to the former. Protectionism is a flawed concept. In fact, the only way to free trade is by unilateral deregulation. Tariffs punish the citizenry of countries imposing them more than they punish others.
2 days ago Trump declared an Emergency in cal and opened up timber sales to thin and build fire lines on national forests.
National forests are at least under the claimed authority of the federal government. Different matter entirely.
