Is it different from receiving rewards for creating a blog?
And the good part of it is that you are in control.

You can select the amount (at least 3%) of author rewards that will be available for the comments.
And only the comments you upvote will receive the rewards. If you don't select any comments, commentrewarder will refund your author rewards.
