LOL! I will take that salute and keep it on the little trophy shelf in my mind… each time I dust it off and polish it, I will know I don’t deserve it, but I will cherish it because it came from an actual artist :)
LOL!!! I’m sitting on my couch, listening to Victoria by the Kinks, trying my damnedest to do a good rendition of @danday’s avatar and sipping on my leftover coffee from the morning - and for some reason this just made me laugh like a kid 😄
…nah, probably not that old. I’ve been kickin’ around this old planet for 41 years and some change. Long enough to find the keys to the kingdom…but still not long enough to find the door 🤣

but 41 is still young to me and at what age do you even stop being a rookie??? as long as you're learning something new, that counts and i don't think you've been drawing for that long either so it counts ^^
