2021 for me was sort of good because I was being a busy bee around Hive and was able to earn and stake some Hive as well as other hive tokens.
I hope to accomplish the goal of getting to 10K Hive soon in 2022.
2021 was a very good year for me. β
I had all the time I needed to take some extra courses for my professional development and be more creative than ever! π¦
I also had the chance to rearrange my everyday life and change my habits to the better. π
The only thing I didn't get was a baby πΆπ€± which I 'm gonna ask Santa π Claus for 2022! βπβ

2021 was not an easy one but I achieved almost all I had set to do from social work, completing my research project, successfully graduating and a little of independency from my parents.
Although I planned to get a physical job that would enable me leave the house but that hasn't come yet but still I'm grateful for all that came.

The year 2021 has been a year of growth, personally as well as financially. Our year started with the discovery of the Uniswap airdrop on January 2nd. Until then, we didn't know we received it. What a way to start the year! From that moment on, we've been able to give our crypto bags a boost and finally start seeing progress.
We have managed to buy a second-hand (faulty, but ok) car from crypto earnings, we've seen our portfolio crash from an ATH to less than half when the market crashed big time. The best thing about is, that since that crash, none of the others have swept me off my feet anymore. I've learned to have diamond hands, sit it out, and don't sell the falling knives. Don't panic! Which is worth gold if you want to make some earnings in crypto land. :)
I've made new connections and started freelancing again, the creativity came back, which I truly felt lost without for a while. When I found back this energy, I started creating content like a machine and hit my record pending rewards in a week, I was so proud when that happened. :)
There were hardships as well though, I found out being pregnant, and after 7 weeks, the heart wasn't beating anymore. I decided to wait at home for the miscarriage to start as I wanted to avoid medical interference, it took some weeks to start, which was emotionally draining, and once started, it was a traumatic experience which I will refrain from sharing here.
We finally made up our minds and decided to move to Spain next year, so this year has also been about mentally preparing for that and starting to save up funds. We aren't anywhere near where we need to be though, so winning this would help get to our goal, lol.
As you see, the good and the bad need to be in balance apparently, so this is my 2021 in short, I will share some more in a post at the end of the year.
2021, a year to remember!

The year wasn't so good, because of the pandemic we couldn't do many things we had planned. We had to cancel some holidays because the travel regulations had changed. Our son was registered for several activities, such as baby swimming and baby gymnastics, but unfortunately everything fell through. We thought that was a real pity, because we didn't really have contact with other children until the nursery.
But it wasn't all bad, I was able to travel to Austria twice and to Switzerland once for gold panning, which is always a great adventure. Everyone around us is doing well, that's the most important thing at the moment, and once in a while we could afford a little something here and there. My wife loves to sew, she bought a new sewing machine. I treated myself to a new metal detector. Next year will hopefully go a bit better and we can do more together as it is very important to us.

It has really been a great year for me, I came back to the hive blockchain few months back and I would say there have really be an awesome change in my life both on the blockchain and in my personal life as well. It has really improve my reading and writing habit and also not to give up in achieving a dream that needs to be achieved. I remember some time ago someone told me am not that class and I should not move with them but today am grateful that most people look up to me now.
Worst year in History. Society has faltered and no one got anything "done" this year. Sorry but you asked and I am always brutally honest lol.
Honestly I have not ,but the little have done too as really show how strong I am,I want to say it wasn't that easy , especially coming out of the COVID-19 era and trying to fix things immediately,it was a very demanding one,but of all have been able to accomplished some of it and am not still giving up yet as the year is still left with some days to go.
My year was okayish.
I got a corona related job - which is very good for me.
But the pandemic situation made many things not easy.
2021 is the best year for me according to my online as well as offline work as things went well according to my favour. My business improvement and savings for big upcoming year 2022 may change my whole life.

2021 has been a challenging year in many ways. However, despite its challenges, I consider myself successful just for making it to December. All of us have been dealing with a bunch of unique challenges over the past two years due to the pandemic, so just take a moment to pat yourself on the back that you made it another year. We can get back to new year resolutions and goal setting soon enough.

Itβs been a very challenging year for me. I began the year with a very confused mind and my heart in pieces. But as they say (I dunno who they are but I read it somewhere!), you have to have your heart broken to find the pieces of you that were hiding away. I guess I feel like Iβm finding myself a little piece at a time and for all the pain and hardship I put myself through I remain optimistic and hopeful for the future. One that includes a more honest version of me free from all the things I was told I should be. 2022 is the year of Love for me. And it doesnβt depend on anyone but myself, because of all the lessons I learnt this crazy year the most important was to love myself in all my glory. There may be many things I wish I could forget, but this I will keep with me always. Ever thankful for lifeβs lessons and sending much love to all for the festive period and the upcoming new year! β€οΈπ
It was very difficult to realize our dreams this year, because everything was in slow motion, I mean my country and all this of the supposed pandemic, I just wrote to study at the university, the good thing was that I finished an English course that I was the first in my classes, I hope it will be more productive next year.
There were many wishes for this year, one of them is for everything to normalize, with all this it was a good year, I completed small projects throughout the year, but as he says, something started ...
As was this year for the next I hope to get a job according to my wishes and that brings me satisfaction. Greetings.
Greetings @ecency I hoped that 2021 the pandemic would be controlled, but it happened all year and here we are still under this shadow, in a way humanity has something to blame since in many countries there are people reluctant to get vaccinated despite seeing how people continue dying and worse still we can read daily that many people ignore to follow the biosafety protocols, that leads me to think ... If there were greater awareness and all this were a thing of the past? ...
As for my goals, some changed direction, they will have to be rethought to be able to achieve it, others were achieved despite the fact that they required a greater effort than imagined, in short, it can be said that all this has prepared me to have a better focus for 2022 in the that it will continue with more emphasis the struggle to achieve them and to be able to acquire other new goals.
The year was challenging with ups and downs. We won some, we lost some. But my proudest achievement of 2021 is becoming a dad!
I had a good year! I am better than I was before. I became kinder, calmer, wiser and smarter. I did a good job and ensured a happy life for my family. I will keep trying and more! Thank god for his support!
2021 has been wild. It's the year I quit my full time job to focus on Hive and crypto. I also opened a business. Then I nearly had a house fire and severely burned my hand. Overall, though, It has been awesome. I feel like I've accomplished a lot.

My answer to the question about my new year 2021. To be honest , one of the saddest new year for us because my parents separated. Like what I answered on day 1 I am wishing for a complete family. Though even if it's sad I'm still looking forward to life and it must go on no matter what.

It was a great year despite everything. A lot of new projects, ideas, plans. And of course, new people and new friends!
In a few words, I'd say the year 2021 has been exhausting, probably the worst as regards my health and most tempting if I think about the setbacks and friends I lost to death. It' was also a year that was filled with a lot of decision making, risk taking and working towards the beautiful dreams I have for my future.
Despite the setbacks, I'm thankful for the few things I was able to accomplish -
If not for anything, I'm also thankful for getting back to hive before the end of 2021 and I'm hopeful for what is to come from blogging using ecency all day, everyday.
This year was quite eventful for me. I finished my 3rd diploma at the summer (English-Hungarina translator for medical sciences), and finishing school was my requirement to get a dog. So shortly after I found Nelson and we went back to school again, the doggy kind... Nelson keeps me active, there is no slacking with him.
I also found Hive this year, and it is awesome.
Here is a picture from summer to feel some warmth in this cold weather.

2021 had a bunch on bends and forks in the road.. It definitely was not the year I expected it to be; however, "all is well that ends well!" My 80-year-old mother underwent open heart surgery (sternotomy) for aortic valve replacement but took a fall and broke her right shoulder days beforehand. She was under my care while she recovered for eight long months, the shoulder being the worse of the two. Now I'm trying to catch up on everything with less than a month left this year. Thankful and blessed everyone is healthy and alive!
