The year 2021 has been a year of growth, personally as well as financially. Our year started with the discovery of the Uniswap airdrop on January 2nd. Until then, we didn't know we received it. What a way to start the year! From that moment on, we've been able to give our crypto bags a boost and finally start seeing progress.
We have managed to buy a second-hand (faulty, but ok) car from crypto earnings, we've seen our portfolio crash from an ATH to less than half when the market crashed big time. The best thing about is, that since that crash, none of the others have swept me off my feet anymore. I've learned to have diamond hands, sit it out, and don't sell the falling knives. Don't panic! Which is worth gold if you want to make some earnings in crypto land. :)
I've made new connections and started freelancing again, the creativity came back, which I truly felt lost without for a while. When I found back this energy, I started creating content like a machine and hit my record pending rewards in a week, I was so proud when that happened. :)
There were hardships as well though, I found out being pregnant, and after 7 weeks, the heart wasn't beating anymore. I decided to wait at home for the miscarriage to start as I wanted to avoid medical interference, it took some weeks to start, which was emotionally draining, and once started, it was a traumatic experience which I will refrain from sharing here.
We finally made up our minds and decided to move to Spain next year, so this year has also been about mentally preparing for that and starting to save up funds. We aren't anywhere near where we need to be though, so winning this would help get to our goal, lol.
As you see, the good and the bad need to be in balance apparently, so this is my 2021 in short, I will share some more in a post at the end of the year.
