Christmas for me has a special flavor. My family is used to prepare the best dishes for that occasion. I'm from Cuba. And in Christmas all families sit around to eat together. We always have pork and a Cuban typical delicious way to make rice: "congrís" (rice and beans together), red wine, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber salad, candies, and other desserts, we always invite some friends of us to share. We have this tradition since grandma. She gave us the "how to condiment" with love, kindness and gratefulness. And every year we have a new one to try. My mother really loves cooking and she always give her best in the kitchen.
