Hey Ecency community!
As the holiday season is upon us, I'd love to share a classic Christmas recipe that's sure to spread cheer!
Cranberry Orange Bliss Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup fresh/frozen cranberries
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tsp orange zest
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Add softened butter; mix until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into the prepared pan. Top with cranberries, orange marmalade, and orange zest.
- Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely; cut into bars.
These sweet and tangy bars are perfect for holiday gatherings or as a thoughtful gift!

I already wrote down the recipe. Getting the blueberries in my country will be difficult, I will look for strawberries to replace them and see if I can get it right. Thanks for the recipe.
