I see it like that too - just cant see a download link for a desktop version, .... I cant get my head around - is the desktop version ' development stopped or paused? I am still sitting on version 2.2.7 ...
Desktop version development didn't stop but it is getting completely new look and major update. Design and flow of desktop app will be same as https://ecency.com website. We are working on it as we speak, in couple weeks we will likely have update in that regard, so stay tuned. Meanwhile you can use https://ecency.com from your browser on desktop or mobile phone if you want to perform some of the new features.
