本格的な春の予感
我が家の庭で椿が開花し始めました。10本ほど椿を植えているのですが、全て違う種類を植えているため開花時期が若干異なります。両親が法隆寺から種を拾って着て発芽させた椿や、地元のホームセンターで買った椿。叔父さんからもらった椿もあれば、近所の方が引っ越しの際に譲り受けたものもあります。3月になって、先日は啓蟄でした。地面の虫も這い出しは決める時期になりました。暖かくなって早く春を実感したいものです。
The camellias in our garden have started to bloom, bringing a sense of joy as they unfold their delicate petals. We have about ten species, each with its unique blooming time, creating a beautiful tapestry of color. Some of these cherished plants were lovingly picked from Horyuji Temple by my parents and nurtured from seeds; others were purchased from a local store, while a few were gifted by my uncle and neighbors, especially when they moved away. It's a wonderful reminder of the connections we share.
As spring approaches, I can’t help but notice the insects beginning to stir from the ground, eagerly anticipating the warmth. I truly hope the weather warms up soon, allowing me to embrace the vibrant spirit of spring and feel it bloom in my heart.
