Who Am I?
Iām a trauma therapist, writer, and resilience coach with a deep passion for understanding the human experience. For years, Iāve worked with people navigating lifeās challenges, helping them find strength in their struggles. But my own life has taken a radical turn recentlyāI left Germany with my family to start over in Sweden, embracing a slower, more intentional way of living.
