Well, if the website supports progressive web apps, then yes, it's easy to do through most browsers. If it a site doesn't support it, then the created 'app' will simply open the site in a browser tab. πππβ¨π€

Oh, I got ya. Well, I've made web apps a few different ways, both on my laptop and on my phone, but in this case it is just a regular old progressive web app made via a browser. πππβ¨π€

Ah, indeed, good clarification. I think my mentality around them began when I first encountered them, and I was making them myself, with the help of special apps in both Android and Arch Linux. Yes, installing is how I often do now.

Haha...indeed, true, however it still has some benefits, like being able to create a web app out of any website, regardless of whether it supports progressive web apps or not.
