Yuhh it's a good question. But considering that in my region we celebrating New Year and only then Xmas I think it's possible to share with you couple recipes.
As so as it's winter time I think we need to warn a little bit and cook

Chocolate liqueur.

You'll need : 1 liter of water; 80 g bitter cocoa powder (70%); 200 g granulated sugar; 150 g alcohol (e.g. pure vodka, without flavorings); preparation time: 25 minutes
Infusion: 7 days.
Recipe:
1 Pour two cups of water into a deep saucepan and pour in the cocoa powder. Let it dissolve well, if necessary use a mixer to get rid of lumps.
2 Put the saucepan on the heat, pour in the sugar and the remaining water. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and, without stopping stirring, cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, until the liquid chocolate mass begins to thicken.
3 Then strain the chocolate mixture through a sieve, pour into a bowl and leave to cool.
4 Once the liquid chocolate mixture has cooled, mix it with the alcohol, bottle it and leave it to infuse in the fridge. The longer the liqueur will infuse, the more delicious it will be!
And you can also prepare chocolate liqueur with the flavor of oranges! To do this, you only need to replace the usual alcohol with vodka infused with orange peel. Peel three oranges, cut the peels into strips, put them in a bowl, add a spoonful of sugar and pour the alcohol, mix and let it infuse for a while - and basta, the base for your liqueur is ready!

Main meal - Duck in plums

I like this meal mostly for the combination of tender sweet-sweet duck meat and plums.
The preparation is simply elementary: 1 kg of duck (thighs or breast) chop into medium-sized pieces, cut off the fat, which especially protrudes and stands out. Fry in a very hot frying pan for a couple of minutes until crusty. Remove the pips from 10 plums. Put the duck and plums mixed together in a heatproof dish, pour 200 ml of red dry wine and 50 g of honey. Sprinkle with finely chopped bacon (130 g), throw a few sprigs of thyme, salt. Send to the oven (180 degrees) for 80 minutes, open a couple of times and pour the sauce over the duck. It will be very tasty with couscous or bulgur (mashed potatoes will work too, of course).

And for desert homemade apple pie.

Ingredients: 9 medium yellow apples; 120 g flour; 120 g granulated sugar; 1 egg + 1 yolk; 80 g melted butter;1 sachet of leavening agent for dough; 1 cup of room temperature milk; 1 pinch of salt on your taste
Recipe:
1 Peel the apples and cut into thin slices as for a charlotte.
2 Melt the butter.
3 Lightly grease a baking dish with butter, place a layer of apples, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of butter. Repeat in the same sequence two more times, using all the apples.
4 In a bowl, combine the flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, egg, egg yolk, dough leavening, salt and milk, beating lightly with a mixer until smooth.
5 Pour the resulting mixture over the apples and put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes, till fully cooked.
Bon Appetite !
