Your words have touched me today.... many of the points you raise I am seeing in something I am studying, such as surrounding myself with eagles and reading books. Yes I can be surrounded by change ... recently there was a big flood where I was born. Something very serious, more than a metre and a half of water... many people died, incalculable material losses. I lost... but I decide to move forward, it was hard to learn about things, but always improve and move forward. Thank you. I start again.
Improvement of oneself takes on many forms and guises, the most important thing is that the improvement is continual.
