I try my best to deal with my negative thoughts, most times find out I let it out but growing up I have tried taking a walk whenever I feel a negative thought, I try to get my mind busy with something else, things like writing, reading or going out to see my environment it has helped☺️

Sort:  

Keeping your mind busy is a good thing, but it's best to confront the negative thing and deal with it as that allows positive forward movement.
