Participation in the Olympic Games should be the brightest moment in the life of every athlete, so when the story about the abuse of various chemical substances gets involved in such an event, that moment loses its luster.
Although I am against any kind of drugs and these chemicals in the bodies of fake athletes, I did not follow the news this year in the Olympics.
Have there been any cases?
I know that athletes from a big country are never tested for doping, so even such exclusivity bothers me. they are good, they took a lot of medals, but the very fact that they know they will never be tested for drugs casts a shadow on their won awards.
I heard about one boxing competitor (I don't know which country), with whom all the other competitors did not want to fight (I suspect that she was once a man, but she just has an excess of male hormones).
There's been a lot of controversy at these Games and it's turned a lot of people off. You mention some and yeah, the chinese...notorious drug cheats which draws into question all of their athletes whether clean or not. It's not just them though, every county has had doping issues with individuals including Australia. I don't care where they come from though, a chest is a cheat and should be stripped of titles, world records and medals and banished from the sport.
As for the bloke who won a gold medal beating up on women...well, I think you can guess my opinion on that easily enough.
Competitors from Serbia have no money for those drugs 🤣
That's why I know their medals are clean 🙂
They are currently fighting for the gold in the pool with our neighbors from Croatia.
And last night, the basketball players barely came to the awarding of bronze medals, the match was much earlier in the day, so they had time to have fun and get drunk 🍺🍾🥂
