Yes, people should be rewarded, but I won't reward people who don't support the blockchain with power ups. I checked your wallet and see that you have extracted (removed) hundreds of hive and yet your power ups are very small amounts.
So yeah, I agree, people should be rewarded, but not unless they give a little back in power ups to support the community.

Glad you look it up! Ive been back to writing after 7 months. I used to power up my accounts and have delegated my hive power to ecency, but decided to remove and power down as well as withdraw due to low financial situation based on personal matters. Something to consider doing when you are in your lows.
