Lifting heavy things is a good way not to have to do a lot of cardio. Squats, deadlifts, pullups. All you really need :)

That's exactly all the things I'm working on!
Day 1:
Day 2:
I practice (ie, progressive overload) pull ups between every bent over row set and dead lift set.
I've never been stronger or happier :)
