Well I believe that you took that picture from your car and I can see that the picture turned out to be very well because most of the time when we take picture in motion it doesn't come out that well unless you are using a professional Camera shutter speed

My phone camera did not make a high quality picture but it made it easier than with a dslr camera

Some blur on the photo would have been better.
The speed is not really visible on it.

I think I agree with you. But you can find some natural blur in the right part of the picture
