During one of my last trips, I had the opportunity to see a herd of chinchillas living in such a large cage. They are animals with very pleasant to the touch fur. Although I did not manage to stroke them, but seeing their appearance up close, I imagine that such fluffy, silky fur is probably very nice to the touch.
Podczas jednego z moich ostatnich wyjazdów miałam okazję zobaczyć stado szynszyli żyjących w takiej dużej klatce. To zwierzęta o bardzo przyjemnym w dotyku futerku. Wprawdzie nie udało mi się ich pogłaskać, ale widząc z bliska ich wygląd wyobrażam sobie, że takie puchate, jedwabiste futro jest zapewne bardzo miłe w dotyku.
Chinchillas ran around the cage, they chided each other. The cage was quite large, but let me tell you that I think they could use a larger run. When I see various animals in cages, I would most likely let them out, or provide them with conditions that are as close to natural as possible, i.e. the ability to move freely over a large area, etc.
Szynszyle biegały sobie po klatce, ganiały się nawzajem. Klatka, owszem była spora, ale powiem wam, że moim zdaniem przydałby się im większy wybieg. Gdy widzę różne zwierzaki w klatkach to najchętniej bym je z nich wypuściła, albo zapewniła im warunki jak najbardziej zbliżone do naturalnych, czyli możliwość swobodnego przemieszczania się na dużym terenie itp.
