I took this picture on Monday when I visited the Guilin Park for the first time. This used to be a granite quarry. It is now shut down, and the government develop the place into a park. The place bears a slight resemblance to the famous Guilin in China. Hence, the park is known fondly as Little Guilin to the locals in Singapore.

Hey there, welcome to the challenge. Thank you for this great entry with all the required info :) Flooded quarries are so cool. I have been to quite a lot of them already. Is swimming allowed in this one?

My pleasure.

Unfortunately, no swimming, no fishing allowed at the quarry. 😊

Great capture @netizen01. I lived in Singapore for 3 years but unfortunately I did not visit this park before :(

Thank you for taking a look. I hope you have good memories of your time here. You must visit the Little Guilin when you come back again. 😊

My apologies. I thought you were referring to the Gardens by the Bay. Maybe you can visit the Little Guilin when you visit Singapore again.😊

No worries 😉 I've been to Gardens By the Bay many times but I've never known about Little Guilin. What a mistake!! I will surely visit the place next time :)
Thank you and have a great Sunday :))
