
These photos are from the “caught by surprise” series. ON the first two it was in the summer. As I walked along the top of the hill, I heard the characteristic squeak of a chipmunk from somewhere below near the river.

With great difficulty I made my way down through the dense thickets and discovered this furry friend. He clearly didn't expect anyone to come to this place.

This photo was also taken in the summer. But it happened by accident. I was just walking along the path and didn’t even know that a chipmunk was climbing the tree. He rounded the tree and saw me, I managed to react and take a photo before he got scared.

And the last photo is from the fall. I just hid in the bushes and photographed the birds. But suddenly a chipmunk ran onto a fallen tree and began to itch.
