Me complace poder estar nuevamente con ustedes compartiendo una grata experiencia que tuve hace un tiempo con unos amigos y viendo las fotos que tomé ese día con mi teléfono, me llene de nostalgia y quise publicarlas en esta linda comunidad de @amazingnature, ya que se trata de una actividad al aire libre en donde vibramos bonito con la naturaleza.

Viví prácticamente dos años y medios en la ciudad de San Antonio de los altos por motivos de trabajo y en ese tiempo que estuve allá, conocí personas maravillosas con las que conecte de una forma tan bonita y construí una linda amistad, tanto así que los considero como mi familia por todo su apoyo y cariño incondicional.
I lived practically two and a half years in the city of San Antonio de los altos for work reasons and in that time I was there, I met wonderful people with whom I connected in such a beautiful way and built a beautiful friendship, so much so that I consider them as my family for all their support and unconditional love.
En uno de mis días libres Andrid (amiga), me invitó junto con mi amiga Alejandra a una caminata que realizarían por la montaña que queda subiendo por la Urb. Colinas de Carrizal y se comunica con San Antonio de los altos. Ella y su tío Pedro, pertenecen a un grupo que organizan actividades al aire libre y suelen hacer senderismo en diferentes zonas de San Antonio.

On one of my days off, Andrid (a friend) invited me and my friend Alejandra to go on a hike through the mountain that goes up the Colinas de Carrizal Urb. and communicates with San Antonio de los Altos. She and her uncle Pedro belong to a group that organizes outdoor activities and usually go hiking in different areas of San Antonio.

Partimos a las 4:00pm a nuestra aventura, les confieso que estaba muy emocionada por ir a la caminata, ya que tenía mucho tiempo sin subir la montaña y no conocía esa zona, por lo que quería tener una experiencia diferente y conocer gente buena vibra. Para esa caminata asistimos nosotras tres (Andrid, Alejandra y yo), junto con el novio de mi amiga Andrid y sus cuñados, aparte fue su tío y unos amigos de él, así que fuimos un grupo grande y divertido.
We left at 4:00pm for our adventure, I confess that I was very excited to go on the hike, since I had a long time without climbing the mountain and I did not know that area, so I wanted to have a different experience and meet good vibes people. For this hike the three of us (Andrid, Alejandra and me) went, along with my friend Andrid's boyfriend and her brothers-in-law, plus her uncle and some friends of his, so we were a big and fun group.
Comenzamos a subir la montaña y algo en el ambiente me dio alergia en los ojos y en la garganta, pero como eso digamos que es normal en mí jeje me puse el tapabocas, tomé un antialérgico y seguí caminando. Estaba feliz por realizar ese paseo y aunque no me encontraba en condiciones físicas adecuadas como para subir una montaña, resistí paso a paso hasta llegar al final, así que llegue casi que hiperventilando, pero muy contenta.
We started to climb the mountain and something in the environment gave me allergies in my eyes and throat, but as that's normal for me hehe I put on my mask, took an anti-allergic and kept walking. I was happy to do this walk and although I was not in good physical condition to climb a mountain, I resisted step by step until I reached the end, so I arrived almost hyperventilating, but very happy.
A medida que íbamos subiendo, caía el atardecer y se veía súper hermoso, además el sentir el ruido de los árboles cuando la brisa sopla y hace mover sus hojas es sumamente relajante, permite que uno se desconecte por completo del ajetreo del día a día y se reconecte con uno mismo, además de conectarnos con ese ambiente lleno de calma y armonía que brinda el estar entre los árboles y las aves que se encuentran cantando desde sus nidos o volando por los cielos. La naturaleza da paz, serenidad y bienestar por esa razón debemos cuidarla, amarla y respetarla.
As we were going up, the sunset was falling and it looked super beautiful, besides feeling the sound of the trees when the breeze blows and makes the leaves move is extremely relaxing, it allows one to disconnect completely from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with oneself, besides connecting with that environment full of calm and harmony that provides being among the trees and the birds that are singing from their nests or flying through the skies. Nature gives peace, serenity and well being for that reason we must take care of it, love it and respect it.
Hay un tramo en la montaña que le dicen 𝒍𝒂 𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒂 𝒅𝒆𝒍 𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒐 y es una de las partes más difíciles que tiene esa ruta. De verdad que a pesar de ir a un ritmo moderado, subí bastante bien y sin ningún tipo de incomodidad. Ayudé a una señora que le costaba un poco subir y fue muy chévere poder compartir y conocer gente nueva. Además, el guía del grupo estaba muy atento con que todos fuéramos a un buen ritmo y que ninguno nos quedáramos solos. Cada una de las personas se mostró colaboradora y solidaria.
There is a stretch in the mountain that they call 𝒍𝒂 𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒂 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒍 𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒐 and it is one of the most difficult parts of the route. Really, despite going at a moderate pace, I climbed pretty well and without any discomfort. I helped a lady who was having a little trouble climbing and it was very cool to share and meet new people. In addition, the group guide was very attentive that we all went at a good pace and that none of us were left alone. Each one of the people was very cooperative and supportive.
Llegamos al final de la ruta e hicieron una fogata para entrar en calor, ya que el frío que hacía era bastante fuerte y queríamos entre todos compartir algunas cositas que llevamos para comer, conversar y pasar un rato agradable alrededor de la fogata. Este paseo me gustó mucho. Tuve la oportunidad de compartir un momento diferente con mis amigas, reírnos, transmutar todo lo negativo y llenarnos de energía positiva con la naturaleza. Los cuentos de terror no podían faltar a penas cayó la noche por lo que muchas se asustaron jajaja. A mí me fascinan y estaba escuchando cada una de las anécdotas de las personas que nos acompañaron.
We arrived at the end of the route and made a bonfire to warm up, as it was quite cold and we all wanted to share some things to eat, talk and have a nice time around the campfire. I liked this trip very much. I had the opportunity to share a different moment with my friends, laugh, transmute all the negative and fill us with positive energy with nature. The horror stories could not miss as soon as the night fell so many were scared hahaha. I am fascinated by them and I was listening to each of the anecdotes of the people who accompanied us.
Después de un rato bajamos nuevamente a la ciudad. Alejandra se resbalo cuando estábamos regresando jajaja. Gracias a Dios no fue nada grave y después del susto nos echamos a reír. De verdad que este paseo fue muy lindo y lo recuerdo con mucho cariño. Deseo reunirme pronto con mis amigas y repetir esta aventura tan gratificante
After a while we went back down to the city. Alejandra slipped on the way back hahaha. Thank God it was nothing serious and after the scare we were laughing. This ride was really nice and I remember it very fondly. I wish to meet up with my friends soon and repeat this rewarding adventure.
