WHITE BREASTED NUTHATCH
Hi everyone..
I was scrolling down in this community and stopped when seeing this post. While reading the content, i remeberd seeing a bird making its nest in a plant on my backyard, few days ago.I got up from the and ran to look for it.
It was still there. Its a white breasted nuthatch. She had finished her work. The nest is so much perfect and neat.
I tried to go closer. But she started to make sound. At that moment i realised there is eggs in it. I waited for sometime. She is sitting above them, looking at me. Waited further more .But nothing happend. she is still gaurding her precious eggs. I went back in to my room. And came back after some time. This time i got lucky. She had flew away. I did not waste anytime. Took some photos.
Here are some pictures of the nest and her precious eggs.
There were 2 eggs in the nest.I felt a joy in my heart seeing those eggs.
The eggs were creamy white in color speckled with reddish brown. It is estimated that the eggs are about 3cm length and 1.5cm width
The sight was too much over whelming. I wanted to spend some more time, to gaze at them. But there mother was returning and i did not want to take a risk fighting against her.
I will surely post the images when her precious eggs hatch

Thank you for entering the competition.
I agree with @joanstewart. It is desirable to indicate the source of the photographs. For sure, even those that you photographed yourself. Just put a note with the sources at the end of the article.
I wish you a lot of fun and success in watching the nest. However, it is necessary to proceed very carefully so that the birds have their necessary peace.

thanks for sharing! I see that you placed the source of the photo! but you are talking about measurements of the eggs, remember that everything must have bibliographic citations! hugs!

Thanks for the comment..
And the measurement, i assumed it from a distance. I will surely measure the size properly today and edit the post if needed..
