Hola un saludo a todos, es un placer para mi poder compartir en esta comunidad creativa donde aprendemos mucho, segunda vez que publico en esta comunidad, he estado un poco alejada porque tenia mi maquina de coser mala, pero gracias a Dios ya solvente el problema. No soy una costurera profesional peo me defiendo un poco, mas que todo trabajo con patrones, costuras simples pero con el mejor interés de aprender cada día mas. Cada vez que realizo un trabajo voy guardando los retazos de tela y decidí realizar un mantel con esos retazoz ya que me hacia falta uno para la mesa de mi cocina.

Hello, greetings to everyone, it is a pleasure for me to be able to share in this creative community where we learn a lot, the second time that I publish in this community, I have been a little away because my sewing machine was bad, but thank God I already solved the problem . I am not a professional seamstress but I defend myself a bit, more than anything I work with patterns, simple seams but with the best interest of learning more every day.
Every time I do a job I keep the fabric scraps and I decided to make a tablecloth with those scraps since I needed one for my kitchen table.

Materiales:

• Retaso de tela de distintos estampados

• Maquina de coser

Todo lo que necesite para mi hogar mientras lo pueda realizar yo lo realizo, me llena de satisfacción poder lograr hacerlo. Por eso tome la decisión de realizar este mantel con los retazo de pantalones que me van quedando, entonces lo primero que hice fue realizar un patrón de una forma cuadrada en cartón con una medida de 10 cm de largo por 10 cm de ancho. Para irme guiando para así poder cortar con mayor facilidad mis retazo de tela con los diferentes estampados y jeans que tenia, y los fui colocando en la mesa para ir guiándome a la hora de coser.

Poco a poco fui colocando mis retaso de tela, poco a poco los fui combinando hasta tenerlos todos por completo, y empece a pasar la costura recta para así unir estas telas

Little by little I was placing my pieces of fabric, little by little I was combining them until I had them all completely, and I began to pass the straight seam to join these fabrics

Poco a poco fui uniendo cuadro por cuadro primero en forma vertical y luego los uní de manera horizontal hasta conseguir el tamaño deseado del mantel.

Little by little I was joining frame by frame first vertically and then joined them horizontally until I achieved the desired size of the tablecloth.

Luego comencé a realizar lo que llamamos en el mundo de costura el vivo o sesgo, para ellos corte la tela con una medida de 5 cm de ancho, pasando primero la plancha a la tela para poder doblar a la mitad y luego doble hacia dentro y volví a pasar la plancha para un mejor acabado.

Then I began to make what we call in the world of sewing the piping or bias, for them I cut the fabric with a measurement of 5 cm wide, first passing the iron to the fabric to be able to fold it in half and then fold inwards and I passed the iron again for a better finish.

Siempre cuidando los detalles corte una tela de una cortina vieja para colocar un forro a este mantel, la cual pegue a la tela que había realizado con los retazo, y de esta manera comencé a pegar es sesgo o vivo en color beis por todo el borde de esta mantel, realizado con una costura recta y así tenemos un mantel reversible que lo podemos usar por los dos lados.

Always taking care of the details, I cut a piece of fabric from an old curtain to place a lining for this tablecloth, which I glued to the fabric that I had made with the remnants, and in this way I began to glue the bias or vivid beige color all over the edge. of this tablecloth, made with a straight seam and thus we have a reversible tablecloth that we can use on both sides.

Y aquí esta el resultado de este mantel reversible muy fácil de realizar con materiales que tenemos en casa, así que los invito a reciclar esos retazo de tela que nos quedan, como lo ven tengo una mantel nuevo para la mesa de mi cocina, espero les sirva mi publicación, nos vemos pronto!
