There have been a revolution in the fashion industry in recent times and this revolution has caused a great stir and bewilderment amongst other industries making the fashion world a focal point to all other.
Decades ago, fashion and designing was erroneously pictured by the elites as a trade for the not-very-rich in the society. Recently, because of the times, due to the revolution it has experienced it has soon become a game of the elite as they enjoy it more than even the fairly placed people because of their disposition and relations to men that matters in the society.
Today, we wouldn't successfully talk about life and existence without taking paying necessary homage to fashion and designing what we often call tailoring or sowing. By the upraising in the fashion industry, many techniques has been introduced to the system and ones ability to adapt to this changes is what gives room for innovation.
The fashion world has been innovated.
Okay today i went to my aunts shop where i learn't dress making to help her out in making a dress for a client. So i could only help her make a net-flowery hand for the dress she was making because the time was getting late and i needed to get going to i will not be caught up in the curfew that is happening over here in my place oo because of Covid'19. Is it happening in your place? The curfew i mean..

- a black silk lining
- a manual sowing machine

How it was done
After i had measure the hand of the cloth according to the size of the client and mind you my aunt had earlier done the measurement so all i needed to do was just cut the material by the measurement on the measurement book.
And this is what the hand am making will look like
After cutting the blacking lining, i now cut the black net-like material several pieces just like the picture below.
After which i sowed it into a gathers form just like i want to twist the whole thing together so it can give me the flowery texture when i lay it on the black lining
sometimes you got to sow it twice just to be sure it will not cut while trying to twist it.
After twisting the material, i laid it on the black lining and sow them together.
And that was how my day went and i was most glad to had serve my aunt today after a long while..

Lol, it's so strange to see a guy at the sewing machine on Hive. You're the first, I've never seen any guy on Hive or Steem doing any needlework.
However, in the fashion world there are many, big names.
