Today I bring you joy, enthusiasm and color, because the flowers are that part of the Universe that gives you enthusiasm, freshness and the desire to shine. I made this giraffe and I wanted it to be a Hawaiian giraffe, so I set out to make its attire which consists of a skirt and brasier, dressed in garlands. In this post, I share with you the steps to make the garland.
Materials
- Green thread for the leaves
- Threads of desired colors for the flowers
- Crochet 2 mm
- Blunt yarn needle
- Scissors

Steps
Steps to weave the leaves
We start by making the first sheet
- Make a chain of 5 and knit treble crochet entering through the first chain
- Make 3 chains and make a slip stich
- Make 4 chains and make a slip stich at the beginning
Second sheet
- Make 11 chains, go back and make a treble crochet on the chain 6
- Make 3 chains and make a slip stich
- Make 4 chain and make a slip stich at the beginning
Continue with the third sheet - Make 11 chains, go back and make a treble crochet on the chain 6
- Make three chains and perform a slip stich
- Make four chains and make a slip stich at the beginning
- In order to get the third sheet on the other side, you must move the thread underneath and continue weaving the fourth sheet
**Steps to weave the flowers
In yellow color
- Make eight chains, join them with a slip stich
- Knit 12 half stitches, close with slip stich
- Weave three chains, jump two stitches, make a low stitch, continue with this sequence
Change color - Make three chains, three double crochet in the arc of the previous turn, three chains, one single crochet, continue with the sequence, close with a slip stich
- Cutting and hiding the threads
Make as many flowers as required
Assemble the garland
After weaving the leaves and flowers, sew the flowers to the leaves and finally form a kind of necklace, which will make the garland.

Hoy les traigo alegría, entusiasmo y color, y es que las flores, son esa parte del Universo que otorga, entusiasmo, frescura y ganas de brillar. Hice esta jirafa y quise que fuera una jirafa hawaiana, así que me dispuse a hacer su atuendo que consta de una falda y brassier, ataviada con guirnaldas. En este post, les comparto los pasos para realizar la guirnalda.
Materiales necesarios
- Hilo verde para las hojas
- Hilos de colores deseados para las flores
- Ganchillo 2 mm
- Aguja lanera
- Tijera
Puntos a utilizar
- Cadenetas
- Punto alto
- Punto alto doble
- Punto deslizado
Pasos
Pasos para tejer las hojas
Comenzamos haciendo la primera hoja
- Hacer una cadeneta de 5 y tejer un punto alto doble entrando por la primera cadeneta
- Hacer 3 cadenetas y realizar un punto deslizado
- Hacer 4 cadenetas y hacer un punto deslizado en el inicio
Segunda hoja - Hacer 11 cadenetas, regresar y hacer un punto alto doble en la cadeneta 6
- Hacer 3 cadenetas y realizar un punto deslizado
- Hacer 4 cadeneta y hacer un punto deslizado en el inicio
Continuar con la tercera hoja - Hacer 11 cadenetas, regresar y hacer un punto alto doble en la cadeneta 6
- Hacer tres cadenetas y realizar un punto deslizado
- Hacer cuatro cadeneta y hacer un punto deslizado en el inicio
- Para que la tercera hoja quede del otro lado, se debe hacer un movimiento del hilo pasándolo por debajo y se continua tejiendo la cuarta hoja
Continuar tejiendo tantas hojas como sean requeridas.
Pasos para tejer las flores
En color amarillo
- Hacer ocho cadenetas, unir con un punto deslizado
- Tejer 12 medios puntos, cerrar con punto deslizado
- Tejer tres cadenetas saltar dos puntos, hacer un punto bajo, seguir con esta secuencia
Cambiar de color - Hacer tres cadenetas, tres punto altos en el arco de la vuelta anterior, tres cadeneta, un punto bajo, seguir con la secuencia, cerrar con un punto deslizado
- Cortar y esconder los hilos
Hacer tantas flores como sean requeridas
Armar la guirnalda
Luego de haber tejido las hojas y las flores, coser las flores a las hojas y finalmente formar como especie de un collar, lo que hará se forme la guirnalda.
