En vista de que tengo una billetera-tarjetera que no quiero se dañe cuando vaya al parque a hacer ejercicio y a mi practica de yoga, ya que es un recuerdo de un regalo que me hizo mi hermana, me planteé tejer una billetera en crochet en la técnica intarsia (dibujar con crochet).
Hace unos meses les compartí qué es la técnica intarsia, también fui mostrando mis primeros pasos tejiendo en intarsia, hice un corazón y un babero
Aún sigo en mis primeros pasos en esta técnica, voy poco a poco para dominarla totalmente. En este trabajo, incorporé cuatro colores, anteriormente solo había tejido con dos colores en esta técnica.

I sadly missed your intarsia post (but I will look into it now) and this technique is also on my to learn list… somehow… On the one side I love how the pattern looks, but on the other side I am a bit weary because of the yarn-ends and the concentration it would need. I looooved @blezyn‘s fire sweater and I think its also made in this technique. Now seeing you cute little purse, I am really tempted to try it finally (or better, try it when I have more free time) I could envision a case for my glasses in the style you made the purse 😍.

It's a fascinating technique, I've always wanted to be a drawer, but I'm not good at it, so I got a way to draw, which I do by knitting.
Definitely, with this technique you must have a lot of concentration, a mistake in a stitch, possibly distort the drawing you wanted to do. It also involves special attention in the handling of the yarns.

Recién escucho de esta técnica "Intarsia". Cuando tejí mi bolso tapestry tenía la opción de llevar las hebras dentro del tejido o cortarlas y esconderlas...preferí hacer una mezcla (para variar, jaja). Estuve revisando algunas imágenes y me pregunto si esta técnica servirá para combinar figuras y lograr sacar un diseño abstracto. La billetera quedó muy linda y como dices si disfrutas lo que haces todo saldrá bien.
Esta técnica se diferencia de trapestry, ya que en trapestry todos lo hilos recorren el trabajo mientras se teje, en cambio en intarsia, vas intercambiando de hilos, aún cuando los mantienes en el desarrollo de la labor, eso es lo que la hace interesante. Intarsia tiene ventajas a resaltar sobre el trapestry, el reultado es menos pesado y prolijo.
Pienso que intarsia serviría para combinar figuras, de hecho en este momento está en tendencia.
