When I first started making hats,
I decided that each hat would never have a duplicate.
Each one would be unique in the world.
Every hat would be like a seed,
it is the crystallization of my inspiration,

it blooms, bears fruit…

and then spreads throughout the world,

sharing "me" with you all…

The hats are a part of me,
they emerge from my body,

and extend from me to the next person…

Seeing everyone happily wearing the hats I made,

walking through streets and alleys,

they become like another “me,”

creating a colorful oil painting with the world.

People have their own style,

and the hats, which were once part of me, become part of them…

It’s just like life…

Alive!

At the beginning of last winter,
I bought many different kinds of yarn.
I started with very cheap ones,

but gradually moved on to slightly more expensive ones,
and my skills have also improved compared to when I first started.
The hats are gradually developing their own character…
After resting during the Chinese New Year,

I’ve been busy with new works recently,
constantly crocheting…
Before I knew it, I’ve made so many…

Some people ask me where my inspiration comes from,
but I honestly don’t know…
I open my drawer,

and when my eyes meet a roll of yarn,

I start “talking” to it,
then I find a few companions for it,

and a new hat is born…

There are also days when inspiration runs dry,
so I go for a walk in the yarn shop,

to discover a new “me,”

and create more possibilities…

Actually, I don’t only make hats.
I occasionally make small items and mini coin bags as well.

They’re as cute as the hats~

That’s all for now,

I’ll share more next time when I have the chance~ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

That mannequin head I had been waiting for half a month finally arrived,

and I was so excited I almost lost my mind…

Today I opened it,
kissed it several times,(⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)
and told it how hard I waited for it!!
(´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥`)

(⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

They are all very beautiful projects and unique especially the pouch. Hope we will get to see more of the making processes for you hats as you make more of them.

Please stop misusing the #introduceyourself tag, it is not meant for general posting and this post would do much better in communities that are more appropriate.

I’m confused. It’s introducing our yarn shop…? And it’s needlework…? I didn't think it would be a problem

ps, you make some lovely crochet hats!
I am also just starting with Japanese, it is really hard, so many things to remember. Between the 46 Hirakana and the 46 Katakana, plus the extras with " and ° and then > 2000 Kanji! That is a lot to remember!
The #introduceyourself tag is meant for basically one time use for brand new people because they need the help and exposure, I saw one of your other posts was some sort of an intro, and the other half of the "team" is someone that has been onchain since 2017, so they are not brand new. Just please don't use it again, no worries. Oh, one more thing, in your shop, are you going to accept HBD? The Nigerians are using them in a tag called #spendhbd I believe it is, and it seems to be growing and offers the Hiveans another currency to use besides fiat script money.

As with most things at Hive, there isn't really a full consensus about this, it's just that some whales seem to think it should be this way and people tend to go along with it or suffer the consequences. I mean, I totally agree that the tag shouldn't be spammed. I wouldn't use it if I wasn't introducing a kind of re-brand here for the first time. She has never made a proper self-intro, it was a rather lazy one and this time she put her heart into it so I wanted to try and get her a little boost to make her more enthusiastic about posting.

I got rid of the tag though, because I'm not looking to start any fights.

Thanks for mentioning that tag, I saw it when I found the list of shops accepting HBD, but I thought it was for customers of the shops who bought products, not for the shops themselves. I'll look into it!

And I teach Japanese too :-D I also accept HBD ;-P

I found the writing system more fun than difficult. Of course it takes a little extra effort but it makes remembering words in Japanese easier than most languages. It's like the roots of the words are laid out in a painting so you can guess the meaning and pronunciation sometimes. Hiragana is easy. Katakana can be a pain because it's such strange pronunciation of English words at times.

As that was a legitimate intro post, I backed off and just asked that it not be used again, I read the intro, and it did not seem much of an intro to me, but that was my interpretation; so it's absolutely no worries, as far as I'm concerned, you can put the tag back on there as the 7 day period is not complete;

The ones using the HBDspend tags are ones that I am leary of, as they are not here to build their accounts to help others, it is so they have means to spend money in their stores. I am not opposed to people using HBD
for their daily expenses, it eases some of their situation.

Perhaps some of them will continue to use Hive to actually build their account and use it to benefit others.

Are you legitimately a Japanese instructor? I have several things going on to help learn it, but where I am at is it is slow learning for me and my situation. I really like the Japanese language, and work a little extra to get some of it, but there are a lot of extra twists and turns hahahahaha.
Hi @wittyzell! I wish I could travel there to meet all of you, which is impossible for me as I cannot travel. I would like to meet all of you!

My sister-in-law was born and raised in Tokyo, and never left there until around 10 or 12 years ago to marry my brother, both in Japan and here in the states. Now she travels back and forth to take care of her mom who still lives there.
