Very good day to the whole community, today I show you how to make this wide dress for a Barbie doll very easy.
Muy buen día a toda la comunidad, hoy les muestro como hacer de forma muy fácil este vestido amplio para una muñeca Barbie.
We started with the fabric, in this case I used a few pieces of a light fabric striped in a shade of blue. I cut a rectangle that measures the distance between the waist of the wrist and the feet, and long 2 times that measurement. If it is a heavy fabric, keep in mind a little longer by the pucker, unless you do not want it so much.
Comenzamos por la tela, en este caso yo usé unos retazos de una tela clarita rayada en tono de azul. Recorté un rectángulo que mide de alto la distancia entre la cintura de la muñeca y los pies, y de largo 2 veces esa medida. Si es una tela pesada, tengan en cuenta un poco mas largo por el fruncido, salvo que no lo quieran tanto.
Then I also cut another rectangle that measures the distance between the waist and the bust + 2 cm and twice the shoulder width + 2 cm, this is for the torso.
Luego corté también otro rectángulo que mide la distancia entre la cintura y el busto + 2 cm y el doble del ancho de hombros + 2 cm, esto es para el torso.
We start by pursing the rectangle of the skirt so that when you try it on the waist of the wrist it is a little wider.
Comenzamos frunciendo el rectángulo de la pollera de manera que al probarlo en la cintura de la muñeca quede un poquito mas ancho.

Por último, enfrentamos los derechos del vestido y cocemos por el revés la falda dejando un podo libre sin coser antes del torso. Esto es porque no todas las muñecas tienen el mismo ancho de caderas, de esa forma se aseguran que les sirva a todas.
We turn around and present on the wrist, check front and back if it was okay.
Damos vuelta y presentamos en la muñeca, revisamos por delante y por detrás si quedó bien.
Then the details, which are all in the finishing of a dress. In this case I made a frown on his neckline and cooked a pebble to the tone. I made him a carterita (a cloth trapeze with a cordon as a handle) and a shawl (a rectangle of fabric with laces sewn at the ends).
Luego los detalles, que son todo en la terminación de un vestido. En este caso le hice un frunce en el escote y le cocí una piedrita al tono. Le hice una carterita (un trapecio de tela con un cordoncito a modo de manija) y un chal (un rectángulo de tela con unas puntillas cosidas en los extremos).
