Hola hola. ¿Cómo andan por aquí? ¡Feliz año para todos! Espero que hayan recibido el año felices y que este 2025 sea de mucha dicha y prosperidad. En esta oportunidad quiero presentarles mi más reciente creación, realicé un nuevo bolso con un diseño que me encantó. Vamos a ver si les gusta tanto como a mi.

Para la elaboración de este bolso utilicé hilos pabilos del grueso color blanco. Me gustó mucho la textura de este hilo, es suave y esponjoso. Estoy rogando poder encontrar más para sacar otros diseños, tejer varios bolsos para mí y tener de modelos para mostrar, también quiero tener el cálculo de la cantidad de hilos que lleva cada diseño por si alguien, algún día, me encarga alguno.

Este bolso lo tejí con una aguja de crochet de 3,25mm, los anteriores los tejí con la aguja de 2,25mm, pero deseaba que este quedara más holgadito. Igual el punto se ve cerrado porque el hilo es grueso.

Confieso que es uno de mis proyectos que hago así de momento, me provocó tejerlo y eso hice. Por eso les presento de una vez las fotos del proceso. Casi se me olvida tomar algunas fotos para mostrarles. Aproveché que está aquí mi mamá y estuvimos recordando puntos que tejimos hace años.

How are you all doing here? Happy New Year to all of you! I hope you have received the year happily and that this 2025 will be of much happiness and prosperity. In this opportunity I want to present you my latest creation, I made a new bag with a design that I loved. Let's see if you like it as much as I do.

For the elaboration of this bag I used thick white wick yarns. I really liked the texture of this yarn, it's soft and fluffy. I am praying to be able to find more to make other designs, to knit several bags for me and to have models to show, I also want to have the calculation of the amount of yarns that each design has in case someone, someday, orders one for me.

I knitted this bag with a 3.25mm crochet needle, the previous ones I knitted with a 2.25mm needle, but I wanted this one to be looser. The stitch still looks tight because the yarn is thick.

I confess that this is one of my projects that I make like this at the moment, it provoked me to knit it and that's what I did. That's why I'm presenting you the photos of the process. I almost forgot to take some pictures to show you. I took advantage of the fact that my mom is here and we were remembering stitches we knitted years ago.

🎈 Iniciamos con una cadena base del ancho deseado para nuestro bolso. Enseguida vamos a tejer la segunda vuelta de puntos altos haciendo aumentos solamente en los extremos de la cadena, al empezar y al terminar. La tercera vuelta la tejemos solo de puntos altos.
🎈 En las siguientes vueltas comenzamos a tejer el diseño. Levantamos 3c-1pa-3c-3paj-3c-3paj y vamos a repetir este patrón 3c-3paj-3c-3paj por toda la vuelta.
🎈 Luego tejemos en la siguiente vuelta 4c-3c-1pb-3c-1pb y repetimos este patrón 3c-1pb-3c-1pb hasta finalizar la vuelta.
🎈 La próxima vuelta para sacar el diseño consiste en tejer 3c-1pa-3pa-3pa-3pa por toda la vuelta repitiendo este patrón 3pa-3pa-3pa en cada arco de cadenas de la vuelta anterior, repetimos por toda la vuelta (ver imagen).

🎈 We start with a base chain of the desired width for our bag. Then we are going to knit the second row of double crochet, making increases only at the ends of the chain, at the beginning and at the end. The third row is knit in single crochet only.
🎈 In the following loops we begin to knit the design. We pick up 3c-1pa-3c-3c-3paj-3c-3paj and we are going to repeat this pattern 3c-3paj-3c-3paj-3c-3paj for the whole round.
🎈 Then we knit in the next round 4c-3c-1pb-3c-1pb-3c-1pb and repeat this pattern 3c-1pb-3c-1pb until the end of the round.
🎈 The next row to bring out the design consists of knitting 3c-1pa-3pa-3pa-3pa-3pa-3pa-3pa all the way around repeating this pattern 3pa-3pa-3pa-3pa in each chain arc of the previous row, we repeat all the way around (see picture).

🎈 Para alcanzar el alto o largo del bolso tenemos que repetir el diseño que son cinco vueltas hasta lograrlo. Una vez alcanzado el largo aproximado empezamos a tejer la pretina y las asas. Iniciamos la vuelta con puntos bajos, al llegar casi al centro de la pretina, calculando, tejemos 90 cadenas y dejamos unos 14 pa de la vuelta anterior son tejer, en el punto 15 seguimos tejiendo los puntos bajos. Luego de tejer el extremo volvemos a llegar casi al medio de la pretina del otro lado para tejer otros 90 puntos cadenas, al terminar completamos la vuelta con pb.
🎈 Repetimos la vuelta de pb, pero ahora sobre los 90 puntos cadenas vamos a tejer pa. Esto es para realizar las asas. Vamos a dar la vuelta repitiendo el patrón sobre las otras cadenas.

🎈 To reach the height or length of the bag we have to repeat the design five rows until we reach it. Once the approximate length is reached, we start knitting the waistband and the handles. We start the round with low stitches, when we get almost to the center of the waistband, calculating, we knit 90 chains and leave about 14 stitches from the previous round, in the 15th stitch we continue knitting the low stitches. After knitting the end we again reach almost to the middle of the waistband on the other side to knit another 90 chain stitches, when we finish we complete the round with bp.
🎈 We repeat the round of bp, but now over the 90 chain stitches we are going to knit pa. This is to make the handles. We are going to go around repeating the pattern over the other chains.

🎈 Algo finalizar toda la vuelta se corta el hilo y se esconde la hebra sobrante. Para el forro de mis bolsos que estoy tejiendo uso plástico transparente, ya que quiero que se vea el diseño sin fondo y además me queda impermeable. Es muy liviano el plástico y lo coso con aguja e hilo de coser. También le coloqué un trozo de cierre mágico para cerrar el bolsito.

🎈 When the whole round is finished, the yarn is cut and the excess yarn is hidden. For the lining of my bags that I am knitting I use transparent plastic, since I want the design to show without the bottom and it is also waterproof. The plastic is very light and I sew it with a needle and sewing thread. I also attached a piece of magic zipper to close the pouch.
