Hello, friends!

Recently I finished drawing a bear with flowers, a cute bear smelled a red flower, among other flowers. It was fun to make but it took some times in the finishing. Let’s take a look how I made it!

Project Time: approximately 7-8 hours

Difficulty: Medium

Required apps: Medibang Painter Apps

Required Device: Any tablets with pen, I used Samsung S6 lite android tablet.

How I made it:

1ST

I started by drawing the body shape of the bear then the head with fur and two ears. I continued with two hands then the flower on one hand plus the face. I also completed with the two legs and also two flower. Tips: I used blue color for this draft, because it would make us easier to color on the 2nd layer.

2ND

Then I drew other flowers below the bear. Until it became full.

3RD

After that, I did the painting on 2nd layer. First I bolded the legs with brown then painted it and also colored the white uncolored parts. Tips: actually in painting option (spilled tin mark) you could chose the option by chosing the gap between, but I found it didn’t work effectively in some cases.

4TH

So I colored manually, after the legs were done, I did colored the part near the nose and mouth, I also bolded the outer line first then painted.

5TH

I also color brown for the two spots around the eyes.

6TH

Then also color the part on the tummy, with bold ivory for this part.

7TH

Then I did the same for the whole body. Also bold it first then paint and also colored the gap or white parts. I used the fluffy watercolor this time.

8TH

To bold the area near nose and mouth, I used a bolder tone of ivory then I used the acrylic brush with 50 px for this.

9TH

Also I colored the red flower, followed the steps below.

10TH

Finished, then I did color and paint the stalk and leaf. I used two kind of green here.

11TH

I still checking some areas of the bear which was not well colored, then I colored them. After finished, I bolded a flower on the left.

12TH

Then I painted it with yellow and striked some white color for the petals. I also bolded the stalk and leaves of it.

13TH

I played with the brush this time for the leaves then painted it.

14TH

I also color the blue flower, also played with brush this time. Look at the texture it brought to the picture.

15TH

I also colored the other plants and leaves. I drew the red dots on a plant.

16TH

Continued it, for the flower on the right I used some gradation of the turquoise color like below.

17TH

For the finishing, I check again all the white uncolored small area (I also turned the opacity of my 1st layer to zero).

18TH

The finishing took more time, I found some white areas also on the bear. But look at it when I finished it!
