Bienvenidos a un nuevo video.Hello hello beautiful people of HIVE and the beautiful community of @hivediy, today I want to share with you a little step by step to make our own baking paper with recycled paper although you can use if you want new sheets. It is something super easy, economical and practical in the kitchen for multiple recipes.
I started making this paper one day out of necessity and since then I did not buy more baking paper, here in Venezuela there was a time when I could get a lot of things and on the other hand the pocket was also super hit that time, I used to use commercial wax paper, but when I ran out and could not find it I thought to try this way and as it worked very well I continued doing it because it represents a good saving.
Hola hola gente linda de HIVE y de la bella comunidad de @hivediy, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un pequeño paso a paso para fabricar nuestro propio papel para hornear con papel reciclado aunque pueden usar si desean hojas nuevas. Es algo súper fácil, económico y práctico en la cocina para múltiples recetas.
Este papel lo comencé a fabricar un día por necesidad y desde entonces no compré más papel para hornear, acá en Venezuela hubo una temporada en que conseguía conseguir muchas cosas y por otro lado el bolsillo también estaba súper golpeado esa época, yo solía utilizar papel encerado del comercial, pero cuando se me acabó y no encontré se me ocurrió probar así y como funcionó muy bien lo continúe haciendo porque representa un buen ahorro.
I usually do it with new or recycled sheets from my vegetable ink printer, I have a printer to make prints with edible ink but this printer for having another type of ink sometimes gives me problems and I lose prints, I leave them stored there to use the papers for annotations and for this kind of things and so they are not lost because it gives me a lot of pain to waste sheets.
In the video you can watch the step by step how I make my own baking paper the materials I use are the following:
- Sheets of paper.
- Vegetable shortening.
- Scissors.
- Kitchen brush.
Yo suelo hacerlo con hojas nuevas o recicladas de mi impresora de tinta vegetal, tengo una impresora para hacer impresiones con tinta comestible pero está impresora por tener otro tipo de tinta a veces me da problemas y pierdo impresiones, estás las dejo por allí guardadas para usar los papeles para anotaciones y para este tipo de cosas y que así no se pierdan porque me da mucho dolor desperdiciar hojas.
En el vídeo pueden observar el paso a paso como yo hago mi propio papel para hornear los materiales que utilizo son los siguientes:
- Hojas de papel.
- Manteca vegetal.
- tijeras.
- Brocha/pincel de cocina.
I hope you like this little contribution and when you see a recipe in which you need to use waxed paper you have this option that by the way there are also people who do it with oil, I have never tried it this way but it also works perfect.

Que buen video explicativo amigo, me llamo la atención los personajes de atrás jajaja, muy buena opción para ustedes las reposteras, fácil y practico, con todo se puede hacer reciclando, éxitos. 😉
Si súper práctico, realmente no volví a comprar más papel comercial jejeje gracias a la patria 🤭 mira hay un personaje atrás bastante recurrente ahora no me había fijado que aparece otro personaje en el vídeo jajaja bueno cosas que pasan tras camaras y las vemos luego de listos los vídeos jajajaja gracias por pasarte por acá amiga ❤️🤗
