Some time ago, I had the opportunity to observe a squirrel from the genus Callosciurus in a small forest near my village. This squirrel looked very active, moving nimbly among the tree branches. I felt lucky to be able to capture the moment when it was chewing something, maybe seeds or fruit from a nearby tree.
The beauty of this squirrel is so stunning, especially the striking color pattern on its fur. Its back is reddish brown, while its belly looks lighter. This color not only makes it beautiful, but also helps it camouflage well in its natural habitat.
