Today I have a beautiful mushroom to share with you all, at first glance this mushroom looks very unique because the shape of the fruit body is similar to a trumpet, if usually mushrooms have a hood that resembles an umbrella or fan but the mushroom that I found this time looks like a trumpet, and this is a very extraordinary experience for me because this species of mushroom is the first time I have found it since I was involved with the nature observer community.

I found these mushrooms growing on the remains of dry leaves that had rotted on the surface of the ground, because of their small size I finally picked them so I could look at them more closely, there were several things that caught my attention about these mushrooms, the first was their shape like a trumpet and then the fine hairs that were all over the mushroom, the faded yellow color made this mushroom look beautiful, while the texture of this mushroom was hard like fan mushrooms or oyster mushrooms.

on the edge of the mushroom there are traces of bites from mushroom-eating insects, from these traces I assume that this mushroom is one of the species of mushrooms that have many roles in the forest, besides being a decomposer that breaks down organic matter, this mushroom also has a role as a food source for insects, from this we can understand that nature is always fair in maintaining the sustainability of various creatures in the ecosystem, every living thing must have a relationship with each other that cannot be separated, for example for the growth of this mushroom it is very important to have dry leaves that rot which means the leaves must wither so that new life can grow, the presence of this mushroom is a food source for other species, namely insects.
