White-throated monitor This animal is often seen in ponds. They live in water. But they nest on the ground. I almost notice them wading uphill in the water. It also climbs on the ground. They are a little more in the forest. We see them a little more during the rainy season. They look a bit like crocodiles. But the size is very small. They are of different types. They never harm humans.
