These look awesome. The second evolution look similar with each other with a few unique quirks, so I really like how those quirks really shine in the final evolution. Grass looking like a dinosaur, Water like a Loch Ness Monster, and Ground looking like a tank look great. Fire with the emphasis on the big wings make it look a lot smaller than the others, and from the side by side, looks even smaller than the second evolution.
It's hard to choose which one I like best since they all look great. Maybe the ground because it looks badass.
