Buenas tardes @phyna, Nuestra mente se cree todo lo que le decimos y si la dejamos actuar como si tuviese vida propia puede crearnos serios problemas, manejar nuestros pensamientos para llevarlos por los caminos que queremos, es una de las grandes tareas en la que bien vale esfuerzo que le pongamos.
