However, this definition, although useful, does not capture the complexity of the individual experience. But, this initiative is unique because it allows me to immerse myself in my internal and behavioural reality in order to introspect the phenomenon that pervades the world system. The intention is wonderful because this proposal is to inquire into what is happening in the communities we inhabit. It is obvious that, if I limit myself narrowly to judging my fellow human beings, I may be decapitated, subjectively and objectively, I am not contributing to transforming reality. That is why I say that the crisis of humanity is determined by the fact that international, national and regional organisations do not have the intellectual capacity to look for the causes of the depression and to cut through the mental imbalance of the leadership of the organisations of the national states.
Saludos, estimada familia Holos. Es interesante analizar cómo los organismos internacionales definen la depresión. Sin embargo, esta definición, aunque útil, no captura la complejidad de la experiencia individual. Pero, es singular esta iniciativa porque permite sumergirme en mi realidad interna y conductual para realizar la introspección del fenómeno que inunda el sistema mundial. Es maravillosa la intención porque esta propuesta es para indagar lo que está ocurriendo en las comunidades donde habitamos. Es obvio que, si me limito estrechamente a juzgar a mis prójimos, puedo salir decapitado, subjetiva y objetivamente, no estoy aportando para transformar la realidad. Por eso, expreso lo siguiente, la crisis de la humanidad está determinada porque los organismos internacionales, nacionales regionales no tienen la capacidad intelectual para buscar las causas de la depresión y cortar por lo sano él empache mental de la dirigencia de los organismos de los estados nacionales.

También, puedo anotar la inmolación que sucumben ante la depresión. Es decir, las venas de los brazos cortadas, el ahorcamiento, un tiro en la boca o en la sien. Ese irracional, la autoflagelación, es expresión de la inestabilidad emocional de la persona.
I am interested in touching in this research work on how the world market crisis is consciously and unconsciously promoted. Of course, it perversely disturbs workers' wages. Because those who sweat the sweat of their brow, working to support personal and family needs, are suffering from this calamity. Me interesa tocar en esta labor de investigación cómo la crisis del mercado mundial se promueve consciente e inconscientemente. Por supuesto, que perturba perversamente el salario de los trabajadores. Porque los que sudan el sudor de la frente, trabajando para sustentar las necesidades personales y familiares, derraman la gota gorda de sufrir esta calamidad. La depresión humana no se enfrenta con pañitos tibios, ni con cuentos de ciencia ficción. Es con criterios coherentes para acercarse a la enfermedad mental que daña a la colectividad.

I like the fact that the problem in question is tackled at the base of society, that is, by the family and by the school. In other words, it is clear that the family situation must be approached with the service of family and educational specialists so that with the organisation of behavioural therapists we have the planning to locate the needs and interests of the educational sciences. Likewise, by complying with the simple and precise planning of school activities, we can promote efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness to cover the necessary spaces and cope with depression in the school system. Moreover, creativity can awaken teachers to make the daily lesson plan positive, fun and productive. In this way, synergies can be created in the educational community to foster self-sustaining educational development for the well-being of students, teachers, parents and caregivers, and the community at large.
¿Cómo se sale de este foso sin abrir o apretar las sensibles heridas de las sociedades deprimidas de la humanidad?
Me gusta que se aborde el problema en cuestión por la base de la sociedad, es por la familia y abordar la escuela. Es decir, con claridad que se debe abordar la situación familiar con el servicio de especialistas familiares y educativos para que con la organización de tratantes de la conducta se tenga la planificación para ubicar las necesidades e intereses de las ciencias de la educación. Asimismo, cumpliendo con la sencilla y precisa planificación de las actividades escolares, podemos promover la eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad para cubrir los espacios necesarios y enfrentar la depresión en el sistema escolar. Es más, la creatividad puede despertar en la docencia que el plan diario de clase sea positivo, divertido y productivo. De esta forma se puede tener una sinérgica en la comunidad educativa para fomentar un autosustentable desarrollo educativo en bienestar de los alumnos, la docencia, los padres y representantes y la comunidad en general.
