That's an interesting concept convincing yourself you don't like something. It could be put to good use to stop yourself eating foods you know are not healthy for you. 😆
I glad you re-discovered your enjoyment of music. I don't listen to it as often as other family members, maybe because they play their own music so much I just listen to that instead.
It is true that I can use it to abandon from my diet some harmful foods that are still in my diet like soybean oil for example and snacking between meals, for the rest, I do not eat refined flours, or sugar, and there we go little by little being more conscious in my diet but it is true that I can use the strategy.
