In this content i want to share about my journey in Splinterlands.
It was back from July 2021. When i am starting to understanding game from web3.
At first i am playing game from ETH based called Jobtribes. I dont know if you know this game or not. And i feel that it really awesome playing games can earn money. And i am searching on google at first and it leads me to this game. At first i am joining in my country community first one TG. But i am not playing it at all. Since what i know i need to paid 10$ to sign up at that time. And since it is covid and my business downfall, i need to rethinking join in this. I am afraid that i just throw away money. And then at September 2021, i got jackpot from other game. I dont remember what games but i can paid 10$ to sign up. After that i try it playing for free. At that time, i can get dec token using starter cards. But, of course since i am a newbie and did not know how this game works, i got lose many times by bot. After that Splinterlands changes after a few weeks i played, from starter card that changes from Beta to Chaos legion starter card at that time. And after a few weeks i am learning to rent from Dec token that i get. I knew this system from my country group, they shared the ways and somehow i can copying that system. It work for several weeks and then the system is changing again and i need to have CP to get season chest. And yeah eventually i inject some money i remember was 20$ at that time. 10$ i buy These 2 cards.
I remember this card 1 bcx is cost 4$ at that time.
And this card 1 bcx is 6$ at that time. Yep thats crazy how expensive this legendary cards. It gives me 100 CP at that time and total 200 CP it is enough for bronze league. Yeah back then i am still playing at Bronze league and did not want to level up to Silver league since i dont have cards. And little by little i can buy Obsidian card as summoner. And many things changes after that and i can be a scholar on Nifty Arcade. Thats my starter booster. When i got paid, i am starting to buy CL cards. Until a year i can rising up playing on Silver League. And after that i got Giveaway and get my first gold foil Legendary summoner.
I remember i sold this card at 150$ at that time, so i can building my Water element with Keyla to gold league. Yes that time my target is to make my deck can compete on gold league. But, it turns out that the system is changing again and if i am continue my ways i will deficit. Thats why i think i need to quit this game. And i am selling all my cards at that time. And the money is stil on Hive at time. But, i need to play the scholar account. I still have responsibiity at that time and also i am interesting writing on hive too. So i still using my Scholar account from Balthazar to write in Hive. Then i am thinking again to entry again in this game. At first i am just renting all cards until i reached my first in Diamond League. And then i am get the trust to handle some of scholar account and then yeah i am thinking why i dont buy some of new card again. Especially after i heard that Chaos Legion will moving out to Wild. So, i am starting to collect Rebellion card again. And right now some of them already maxed. Soon maybe next week or next season my Gobalano Soldier maxed and carry on to the next monster. And while i am maxed one by one, i am buying level 1 card rebellion to entry Novice and Bronze league Rebellion card only. And maybe after Conclave Arcana release i am starting to buy little by little too. I am not rich thats why i cannot bulking buy, so what can i do just buy little by little or buying second pack that people sell. Thats my journey on this game. Up and down. And want to quit but still addicted thats why i am really hating to bot and cheater in this game. Maybe people see me with accusing,grumbled, and complaining about bot and cheater. But thats because i still love this game. And i dont want cheater and abusing this game more. This game is too good to be corrupted.
