the price of the GFL’s are crazy right now. Cheapest one is going for is like 500-600 bucks.
For me the benefits are the sps air drop points you get for them. but it’s tough to be in the market to be a buyer for them now lol

Oh good point about earning more SPS as gold foil does have more collective power points. Indeed gold foil cards are expensive but don't necessarily have to go for epic and legend. Instead look for commons and rares and compare their price difference with regular versions. Sometimes the price difference between gold foil similar level with regular is not much and best yet you may find a gold version of same level cheaper than regular. If you don't mind the cool down and to pay like $2 more for a gold version I would say gold is the better option. Get 10% more DEC per win and a limited supply. I am just scratching the surface as there are likely even better opportunities out there but it takes time to find them.
