I did not know about the custom rental set
Also, the tips to help put a price to the set are vital to the process
Is there an escrow percentage fee during the transaction? If yes, is the percentage calculate automatically base on the nature of each transaction?

Good question. The only thing i can find is the 1 DEC fee for setup the custom rental set.
So i do not know if there is % burned or directed to SPL.

For normal renting single cards this counts:

• All rentals are paid in DEC tokens. A 6% fee will be deducted from the rental price (4% goes to the market and 2% is destroyed to reduce the DEC supply).
• The List Fee will be charged to your DEC balance. If there isn't enough, then the system will attempt to charge your CREDITS balance.
• Cards that are listed for rent for 30 days without being rented will be automatically removed from the rental market.
