Hello chat! Hope everyone is well. Checking-in to finish off the Survival prepper series. If you were reading, you'll remember I set a "seven-in-seven" goal a week ago. Write-a-thon. In other words, my goal was to write 7 quality Survival prep posts in 7 days. For me, that's no small lift 💪 Especially because I always try to incorporate fun, original personal stories and art into all my posts. So anyways... Check-in... Post-mortem... How did I do??? Total fail. Utter fail on my part. It's like as if I was walking down the road and like, a giant speeding pigeon crashed me square in the face, and then I fell down and landed face first right on the pavement and broke my nose... 😵 Like yeah, that's generally how I did 🤷♂ Not great.
But also, I did ALREADY do all the alt art in advance to make the 7-day thing possible. Otherwise it wouldn't have been realistic. So anyway, figured I'll just drop it all here... If you can tell who these characters are, you'll have decoded my final recs for Survival tanks. Btw, all images are made by me using photoshop firefly generative AI. If you're interesting in my process, it is described in detailed here in this previous post.
He likes flying, reflecting stuff and wearing sunglasses. You probably own him. A tank? Yes, he's a pretty awesome tank in certain battles. Especially if you weapons train him up. Also, get him near burn value and go ultradeep bench.
This dude is tough. He takes damages with that shield and he inspires his team. Also he's cheap af. Load up.
She's a tough dragon tank. She's thorny af and if you put Carnage Titan right behind her, they make a pretty hard-hitting pair. Who is this epic beauty? You know who it is...
This is one of my favorite alt arts I've ever done. It might the hardest to guess. It's a dragon tank. It loves flying and dodging every attack possible, and generally frustrating attacking opponents making them think there shouting into the void! Now you know who it is 😂
First neutral tank. Who is it? You probably NEVER play this card. But for the price? And the value? And for Survival? You might want to get to know this very underappreciated and underpriced flying stone statue neutral tank.
Second neutral tank. Omg why can this not be the actual art! I love it so much. This dude is tough. He's a tanks tank. He's legendary core set but you can get him max copy practically near burn value sometimes. Ohhh the overprint 😭 Don't fight it, just take advantage of it. If you recognize this dude and you see those kinds of deals (and you're playing Survival) then do yourself a favor and get as many max copies as you can.

Honestly? I have zero idea 🤷♂ No idea.It is all very confusing and (lately) very stressful too. I like writing. Period. I don't like politics and I don't care about rewards at all. What I care about is people reading my writing. I care about that a lot. So maybe this is not the right forum for me to practice writing? That's what I'm trying to figure out.

This is the exact forum for you to practice writing.
Don't worry about politics and don't complain. You shouldn't care how much vote your post get, just comment, read and engage with others. Most others in the SL community do not have any Hive HP to make a difference. Also most splinterlands people are clueless on how hive works.
If you care about people reading your post, then read others post and comment on their post, they will come back and comment on yours. It is as simple as that.

SL has many effective content creators, and they are doing really well.

When I say effective content creators, I mean content creators that are pulling in lots of new players. I don't believe anyone is doing that. Not in substantiual numbers. So it might that the content creators are doing well for themselves... but being "effective" to me means being effective as bringing in tons of new players. I dont think that's happening but maybe I'm wrong and we've had a surge of new players lately?
Agree about bravetofu, if everyone was like him, this would be a better place.
I've been excited about writing lately. So much that I started taking a writing course... Omg, there's so much I never knew. Basic tricks to creating a compelling story. Even started a short story series. Would love to air it here but I think I'm too much of a wimp still. I think I need a safer space to practice--at least for now 💪 maybe i'll get a tougher skin eventually and then can come back and handle this place !
