I expect you are raking it in on your other accounts. That will cover the cost of her scratch cards. I'm doing okay from renting, but not spending too much time on optimising it. I have better things to do.

I don't take any out, it's all quite bearish right now, a bad time to sell. When people get scared and sell, I buy. There will be times later to sell, when its a lot higher. Optimising rent is easy and fast if you know how to use PeakMonsters.
