Pre-war Lviv breathed the peace and wisdom of crimson autumn... My favorite season! Like a wise mature woman, beautiful in her perfection...
I often liked to come to the high castle - this is the name of the historical mountain from which the ancient city of Lion began to be built.
The beauty of autumn is particularly felt here. Walking around the mountain and enjoying the beauty of the city from above, which is visible among the yellow hot maple leaves!
Lviv residents say that we have our Lviv Eiffel Tower at the High Castle. Of course, it is not as big as the one in Paris, but it looks very beautiful...
Among the golden autumn splendor of nature stands a gray stone. There is an inscription here: Jan Sobieski. Poland and Ukraine have always been closely intertwined by their historical moments...
Jan III Sobieski was a Polish military leader, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania from 1674. During his reign, which was marked by protracted wars with the Ottoman Empire, the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth experienced its last rise as a European power)
A cute old house is hidden among colorful trees and harmoniously creates a unique face of the park under the High Castle. Evangelical church people gather here every Sunday.
It is very symbolic - to think about eternal values, about the meaning of life and the spiritual path in a place that is considered the heart of our city Lviv.
I climb a hill from where I can clearly see the city in the distance. Here are the famous buildings of the Town Hall, the Dominican Church... such lovely and familiar sights that I keep in my heart, wherever I am...
Someday I will come back again and drink coffee, and there will be memories, memories... of my pre-war Lviv 💕
