Rabbit with garlic:
Ingredients:

1 rabbit cut into pieces 
2 peeled garlic heads 
olive oil 
300 ml of white wine
Water to cover the rabbit
Fresh thyme 
Salt

The first thing to do is to brown the garlic in the hot oil, then remove it. The next step is to fry the pieces of rabbit until they take color, there are people who do not fry the liver so that the rabbit does not take its flavor. Then add the white wine, the thyme and the garlic together with the rabbit. Cover the container and cook until the rabbit is tender. The sauce can be reduced after the rabbit is done.

I reckon that'd taste pretty good...garlic has a way of making most things taste awesome!
