The Kydex holster is a snug fit for the firearm and has a couple screws that can be tightened or loosened to obtain the correct "grip" on the firearm to prevent it accidentally slipping out. There's a couple thick rubber spacers between the holster inner and outer that will crush inwards when the screws are tightened allowing the movement to grab the gun a little tighter. I don't want it too tight though or the draw is slower.

The holster is spaced slightly off the hip/leg, there's not much in it, but it's supposed to be quite snug. It does not restrict freedom of movement.

Aha, it means that it is universal, it is not only for that model of pistol. although it looks like it was cast just for him :-)

Nope, it's molded and designed specifically for the CZ P-09, each handgun has a different holster.
