Define "Actual".. lol

Considering I can print all but the barrel, bolt carrier group and FCG springs of AR-15's just as easily as I can print 3D models to decorate my desk with.. I guess it all boils down to what you consider a real weapon.

Guys started printing useable lowers years ago.. Last year they figured out how to print uppers as well.. On average a well printed AR platform is lasting well over 1000 rounds. Even more if using a smaller caliber like 22LR.

If you have a threaded barrel give me the thread specs and I can send you a 3D printed quiet can for your beer drinking (or plinking) pleasure. :P

Have you looked into the FGC-9 method of rifling homebuilt barrels?

Aye! ECM cutting of rods or blanks is something I'm trying to get jigs built for to experiment with.. Up here in Canada the barrels and whatnot especially for pistols are incredibly expensive compared to the states.. And while a home spun barrel likely isn't quite as accurate as professional made barrel goal is to make something that would work then start doing tutorials for it hosting on HIVE. :)
