Finally got my new headset set up and have been playing some CS2 on my free time with @strawhat. This time around I thought I'd jump in and record a gameplay solo and the match ended up being a lot more fun than expected at first! Guess this game really shows why you never should give up!
I have quite a few new equipments lately, mostly cause the previous ones were worn out or stopped working, since the headset doesn't really change much in terms of gameplay, the other 2; monitor and mouse - do. So it'll take some time to get back to my previous levels, not that they were that high to begin with, but things still feel a bit off when playing after 5-6 matches.
Anyway, had quite a lot of fun in this one and it reminded me why FPS competitive games are still one of the top games out there. Let's see if I can push some more posts out here soon in between working on my own game. ^^
For me, next to WOW, there was no other game that was so fun to play, especially the crazy maps like Glass House, etc. Fortnite comes close, but CS is the original. I even bought a copy of CS in a Beijing mall back in 2002. It ended up being a total bootleg, but I still got it to work.
What's wild is to think we were playing this game almost 25 years ago!
That is the kind of game my son would appreciate. He played a lot of Halo and Call of Duty games.

It wasn't a good start, but it was definitely a good end, man. Two kills in the last round was pretty good. But the opponents were also very good. They headshot you and teammates a lot of times. What was the average elo? It's been years since my last Counter Strike 2 game XD

Ah yes, when you don't play for a while you get unranked but you don't lose your elon. You just have to play a few games again. At least that's how I remember it lol

I remember wrong then 😂 It's been 2 year maybe from my last game and it was a one time thing that my latino friends in Hive Gaming invited me and it was my worst game ever lol because of the ping
I still haven't gotten around to recording any video of my Path of Exile 2 sessions. I keep forgetting. I have been taking some screenshots so that I can write a follow up post to my original one. It's sad, but I've found the older I get I can't handle FPS games the way I used to. I tend to get motion sickness now for some reason. I was running through Halflife 2 again the other day and I had to keep taking breaks.
Hey I bought POE2 recently, thought of getting into some gameplay footage there too cause got tired of Diablo, but what kinda sucked was that the closest server to me (singapore), offered a worse ping than california.. like wtf?
might have to refund it due to that, dunno if I can play with 200+ ping.
Oh wow, that is pretty bad. I know it is still early access, so that might be something they plan on fixing before they roll out the full game to everyone for free. Then again, since it will be free for regular players, it might be a bad idea to expect too much.
I've been enjoying CS2 a lot myself too. I'm at 22,000 rating in premier.

Yeah, I'm looking to do it soon, but it's a pretty big decision financially. Probably will wait until this summer to buy a new pc.
I just stayed at my friends place and played on his computer where I had 200 FPS and god damn, it felt so nice and smooth.
When I eventually get even 100+ FPS at my own home, I will try to get over 25,000 points for the RED badge.
Yeah I'm sure it'll help! + you'll be able to post more gameplay footage without the recording holding down your FPS
The video quality is pretty good... Headsets are good to hear footsteps tough

I've been up to 16-18k when it first launched, but right now I'm probably under 10k and will receive maybe a 5-6k rating after 10 wins lol

I have been using your commentrewarder program for a while now and almost at the same time I started receiving downvotes from buildawhale for reasons unknown to me. I've asked and have received silence and what I consider weird comments on the matter.
Anyways, the fact is, my posts are set to commentrewarder at 100%. But with my posts being zeroed by the themarkymark's bot, AND when no one has commented, I still get the refund.
So I have couple questions for your expertise in this Blockchain.
If they are, then your giving me refunds out of wallet instead of the votes received.
